Not a safe place anymore
July 7, 2024I’ve lived here almost 10 years. At first everything was good, the units are a really good size and have a nice layout. Maintenance is pretty responsive. Things have gone downhill over the last few years. They use to have security patrols at night, but they never did much. There are always homeless digging through the trash. They set the large item pickup area on fire. Twice my vehicle was broken into. There was a literal shoot out in one of the apartments. Overall I’ve enjoyed living here but I ...just don’t feel safe anymore.Property Manager Responded

Safe and home-y
March 14, 2023I have lived here for about 5 years, and I enjoy it. I like that we are gated in, and a key is required. I feel mostly safe here, other than the usual ABQ crap. Unfairly Charged
October 1, 2019I am currently in a dispute with this apartment complex. I've been living here for almost 2 years and switched apartments. I was charged $516.40 for a carpet replacement that was unwarranted. I have been provided no proof of the inspection or paperwork. Even the paperwork says the remaining life of the carpet was 40 months. I do not appreciate being unfairly charged.
