I have lived at this property for almost 10 years and will continue to do so. The buildings are old (1973) but that means HUGE closets and sturdy structures. The most important thing is the staff. The staff is lazy and doesn’t care when you have no water and that’s about 4-5 times a week(without notice) maintenance is just as lazy as the office staff. And the property manager is an absolute joke! We had a hole form in our bathroom because our bathroom faucet was leaking(since move in) it continued to grow and turned into what we believe was mold and it started to smell. The staff didn’t care it took them till about March to come out and fix it (months later). Yes it’s cheap rent but it is ...

I still live here. Waiting out the lease. Please look elsewhere. The mailboxes aren’t secure, they shut off the water all the time, hot water is scarce, the staff isn’t too nice. Mail theft is soooo real. I can’t tell you how many packages have been taken from my door step. Just don’t live here. Not worth it.
