Poor Managment
May 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are in decent shape, but the management isn't responsive, trash piles up, and parking is a gamble. We have been asking for a fob for the front door for 5 months now, and they haven't responded. In addition, tenants are forced to park in no-parking zones due to a lack of parking spaces, and trash isn't removed frequently, causing it to overflow onto the street.

Nice price and great value

New, updated, extremely fast fast with any needed maintenance, Natalie is amazing and very on top of things, very responsive, will definitely refer others!
Falling apart
February 22, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe building is already falling apart with major cracking in the Sheetrock and stone work falling off the building. Walls are paper thin. There is no parking and the garbages are always overflowing.Property Manager Responded

The apartments are gorgeous/spacious and have great appliances. Natalie, the property manager is great to work with and keeps everything in line. Have never had issues with questionable neighbors or noise. Highly recommend.

The buildings themselves are very quiet, we live on the second floor and never hear the people next, or on top of us. The manager of the buildings is amazing! We recently got a new landlord, Natalie, and she has been the nicest most respectful landlord. She helps with any questions, responds quickly and likes to make sure everyone is comfortable. The building is pretty quite for the most part & my neighbors are very sweet. Over all great apartment and great landlord. 5 stars for me!
