    Living at Woodbridge Apartments owned by Buckingham properties has been nothing short of a Nightmare. I don’t recommend anyone moving here, it’s not safe living here as a single woman and they don’t care at all. I’ve reached out to Buckingham properties multiple times and they just redirect the message back to the wood bridge management and they do absolutely nothing about it. From the first day I moved in something told me I was going to wish I never moved there and I was 100% right. IF you do ...
    still decide to move here be aware that you will get charged additional fees and taxes for whatever they can find towards your rent and more than likely it will happen two to three months after you move in .. you’ll never get to use the pool or the gym. They are both always down for maintenance or it’s closed . Please Be aware maintenance men will enter your residence without notification or alerting you to their presence. It’s happened to me twice and the second time my wife had to threaten them if it happened again. . Please don’t move here it’s not good at all .

  • worst place to live

    we lived here for a year it was the worst place to live we went almost the whole lease without a washer and dryer after being told that they were going to fix it and the fact that they are still trying to collect debt after 6 months that was taken to court and settled at 0 I WOULD TURN AROUND AND RUN FROM THIS PALCE

    Woodbridge was a nice place to live until the (highly incompetent) management began adding charges (about $80 per month) to my bill for services not specified or provided for in our legally binding rental agreement.

  • Best choice for Louisville

    We had an amazing experience at Woodbridge of Louisville. We lived in a 3-bedroom townhome. I cant think of one negative thing about living here, and we love it. The property is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The staff was a highlight of living here, they ALWAYS took care of us right away, for whatever we needed! And the maintenance is the most friendly, efficient, and polite people I have ever met. They ALWAYS come the same day to fix any problem, and we never have any worries! And now ...
    the apartments are being upgraded, so it will be even better. The location is great, close to everything, and the price is perfect, for such a nice place. I would highly recommend Woodbridge, and I am sure you will find it to be a great place to live! Thank you Woodbridge staff!
