You’re micromanaged, parking sucks, pool is small, playground is small, maintenance does cheap fixes, walls are paper thin, homeless camps, needles, cars broken into. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Tenants are not supposed to leave trash outside units, this is allowed. Had mice issues we had to take care of ourself.Noise level from other units is really loud and all night, no noise curfews. Need more dumpsters, overflows a lot.

Woodbridge is a great place to live. When there is a problem with something breaking maintenance is always there to take care of the problem and also the grounds are well kept.
