I just moved into my apartment here. It’s only been a week, it’s a decent place to live but there are Roaches!!! I’ve called maintenance serval times about the roaches and the only response I get is that an exterminator will eventually come but they don’t know when.

My lease is up and I can not wait to move !!!! Major roach problem all in the halls and the apartments. I get my apartment exterminated once a month but nothing will change unless the entire building is taken care of if even that because it’s so bad. This is my first place and I’m terrified to turn on the lights at night because I know I’ll see roaches crawling everywhere. Can’t wait to move.

Roaches

I’ve lived here for over a year and I’ve been having issues with roaches. I’ve complain over and over again. All that happens is the exterminator comes out and do a treatment that doesn’t work. I told management that the exterminator said the entire building will have to be purged in order to see changes. They keep ignoring me so it’s time to move. Worst place to live. The roaches make it seems like your invading their space.

Love living here. Its so peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are really friendly maintenance comes promptly when you have a complaint and its very well kept My only issue is there is a no pet policy and I've been seeing people with dog's only because I want a puppy too! but no other complaints

I have lived here for close to a year now. The property is well kept and quiet. I recently had a leak in my window I called to report it and less than 30 minutes later someone came to fix it. I also had a problem with my ac, came the very next day. Great customer service so far.

I’ve lived here for a year now and when I first moved in my dishwasher was rusted, my windows seals had a small leak, and my dryer needed fixing and this was the second day of moving in. After letting management know they came here that very same day and fixed EVERYTHING even installed a new dishwasher that night.
You will have problems here and there no matter where you go but I commend the entire Woodbridge Center Plaza team because they are wonderful I love them and my neighbors are just as ...
pleasant however, you do have the issue of the children leaving things in the hallways but they are kids and the parents should monitor them better because it isn’t maintenance job to clean up the kids toys and candy wrappers off the carpet.
They are always available and care about their tenants issues. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family (even though I get asked all the time if apartments are available lol).

I currently live here they rob you for youre money and dont fix anything, maintenence is rude and unprofessional. They say no pets but a maintenance worker has 2 dogs and walks them every where. They are over priced and dont listen to complaints or requests at all.

This is the Prime location to live in central Jersey. I love the proximity of the many shopping options. You are in walking distance to Wegmans, Home goods, message envy, and many many more. Woodbridge mall and Menlo park mall are just a few minutes drive away by car. What is even better is that transportation is very easily accessible.
