the apartment is a great size, it very quiet, neighbor are nice. but as advertise many are working people so you may not see other tenants in weeks. i am being force out because the rents are skyrocketing out of control. last year i had five (5) percent increase this year eight (8) percent, clearly, they don't want the tenants to stay, my increase was over $157.00. my pension hasn't increased. if you are planning to move here prepare for huge increases every year, with little extras, no new ...
