They do not operate the way they say. It will take forever to have anything fixed.doors and windows do not keep the heat in. Also the complex has flooding when it rains.

I've lived here for three years now, the property management still has not fixed any of the appliances that were noted on the initial walk through. Both the Front and Rear doors are literally rotting away, allowing cold air to enter in the winter. In all honesty this apartment complex is a slum lords dream, if the location wasn't so close to the beach I would have already moved.
