Management is garbage

Honestly, not terrible apartments. They stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and dry when it's raining. All the appliances are relatively new-ish. The grass stays mowed. The main reason for this review is management is killing the place. I had to call 3 times to get my garbage disposal fixed. On three separate occasions, I've had somebody walk into my apartment unannounced. That's illegal. get ahold of somebody (they're NEVER in the office and even when they are, they refuse to answer the door of phone because they're lazy) they get an attitude and act like they're personally offended that you're asking them to do their job or just NOT WALK INTO SOMEBODY'S APARTMENT without warning. Seriously. Call the office or try to show up in person and see what kind of service you get. Nothing changes once you're living here. The only thing that drew me to the place was the price tag, but they're trying to raise that just because they slapped some paint on the buildings so there goes the one thing they had going for them. Look elsewhere. I know I will be as soon as my lease is up. I refuse to live somewhere that treats me like they're my parent/boss.
