DO NOT RECOMMEND! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
August 27, 2025Do Not Recommend!! Management is not dependable, reliable or honest. The answers to your questions are not accurate and will cost you thousands of dollars and they don't care and will lie and cover up their mistakes. Don't expect your deposit to be returned with in the 30 days they are required to! You will have to call THEM to find out why it wasn't received. Their staff turnover is continually changing and no one keeps up with their records or promises. Do NOT trust these people! The units ...themselves are nice but you will pay heavily with all the extra fees. February 13, 2024Very poor oversight of management. You do not get what you are paying for. The amenities are not available as outlined on the website. The more you ask questions, the less they make an effort to fix or accommodate your requests. Thus far, no gate, no fob, no garages available for tents, no park, no dog park, no pool/hot-tub, no access to the clubhouse upon your own leisure. Rules that keep changing and don't make sense. Beautiful and luxurious new apartments
October 4, 2023I got the pleasure to tour these today. And they were gorgeous. The counter tops and amazing amount of storage is what first caught my eye. The floors are a beautiful color as well. I like the open plan it also feels very cozy with the warm lights in the living room. The storage in the patio outside is bigger than most I have seen also.
