December 9, 2025I've been living at this place for 10 years now and I'm overall satisfied. If not, I would have left years ago. The new management team is exceptional. The ladies at the office are so friendly and always ready to help. It was not the case with previous teams, except the previous manager, Tom. The only issue I have had here and that has never been fixed is that the air conditioner/heat does not reach the rooms at the back. It's a painful situation during peak summer days and cold winters as the ...one we're experiencing this year. It's a general problem as I know other residents that complain about the same issue. It would be a good thing if that can be finally solved. Other than that, I've been very happy at Woodbury Place.Property Manager Responded

Really Solid Apartment
October 22, 2025I have lived here for about a month now and I enjoy it here quite a bit. Management company is the best you could ask for. They have always been super responsive and helpful. This apartment is in a great location and the community is friendly. The units themselves are the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The management company replaces the carpets for you before you move in and paints everything. The "landlord special" paint job is present in each unit. Lots of white paint to cover up the ...imperfect trim and doorframes. There are white paint splotches on the ground next to where they painted. Additionally, there are almost no ceiling lights in most rooms, so you will need to purchase lamps. There are outlets that connect to the light switches, but they are placed in seemingly inconvenient spots. Other than that, the units are extremely solid. The units are pretty soundproof as well. Parking is free, but the complex seems to have the largest squirrel population in all of Schaumburg. I had squirrels trying to live under the hood of my car within the first 24 hours of my car being parked here. You will need to invest in some squirrel prevention measures if you plan on parking a car here. Laundry is $3.60 a load and only internet is included in the rent payment.Property Manager Responded
