Great place to live
January 19, 2024The front desk and maintenance staff are all first class employees. Anything and everything is taken care of in a timely manner and everyone is friendly. The complex itself is nice, kept clean and neat, and it has a very safe feel. I moved out only because I got married, but I would definitely put this on my first choice apartment to rent at. I have stayed at a few places in Pensacola and this one by far had the best management and facilities.Review from Apartments.com

October 5, 2023It's been a really great experience at Woodcliff. I was in desperate need of an apartment due to some medical issues and the staff was understanding, welcoming,and kind. It has been that way ever since. The maintenance team are quick, professional, and knowledgeable. I work from home and they are always considerate of this whenever they come in. September 30, 2023I have lived at Woodcliff for 6 years and have been extremely pleased with my apartment, the staff and location. This community is very pet friendly and includes 2 dog parks. The staff, Lisa, Courtney, Jessie and Emelio are friendly, caring, respectful and professional, always greeting guests & residents with a friendly smile and pleasant greeting.
