I had hopes for this apartment building moving all the way out of state. The first unit had roaches. So I gave them a second chance and let them transfer me. My second unit had mice. It made my Texas experience horrible. The worst part is that I keep seeing them lease my last roach infested apartment to other people who also leave immediately after moving in. It’s wrong what they are doing to people and the cost for the cheap apartments are terrible. Everything is falling apart and they try to ...
paint over everything. Please don’t rent here. I never do reviews but this is the worst experience I ever had in my life.

The apartment that I’m staying in now I been here a week and the first day I spotted a dead mice in the kitchen..The apartment is 1 bedroom 1 bath and there is barely any space. Wish I could move into a bigger space but I can’t.

We have lived here for 4 months and the issues are non-stop. Combination of poorly built buildings and management dragging their feet as long as possible to avoid paying. Our mailbox was broken for 2 months during the winter holidays. We still do not have water more than a week after the winter storm. We even woke up to a street fight outside our window last weekend and "security" was no where to be found. I wish we could spend our rent money somewhere worth living because this place is trash.

I have been at Woodcreek for almost 3 years. This community is great, and I do not see myself leaving until I get a house. Amanda and Sarah have been phenomenal with helping me, with anything going on with my apartment. Rather it was rent, or maintenance, or just my overall living situation. During this pandemic, times have been crazy, but through it all Amanda, Sarah, Edward, and Wayne has had my back. Amanda has taken the time to reach out to see how I'm doing during the pandemic, and if there ...
is anything she can do to help. I have NEVER had any Apartment Manager do that. After Maintenance fixed a problem in my apartment, she still called to make sure that everything got taken care of. To me that is spectacular, because she doesn't have to do that or go that extra mile to make sure we are good. This is what makes them stand out even more. This is a great community and you should consider staying here without hesitation. As I mentioned before I do not plan on leaving until I get a house, and that is because this is the only place that I've ever been able to call home.

Would like to take my time to Thank Wood Creek staff
for making my living a nice peaceful place. It's nice to be able to come home
with no issues in my place, never have any issues with my guest parking anywhere
been living here for the past 2 years. Might have to be leaving soon to go back home
to be closer to my family. but its been real nice living at Wood Creek. Keep up the good work!!!
