March 13, 2025Since I been here everything has been going well and I have not had any issues. I do think the Valet teas takes to long to come by and bags be outside my door longer than they should which causes cats to tear in the bags.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2025The community is nice and has been fairly quiet so far. As a person who likes to workout, the gym equipment really needs to be updated. The community could also do a better job of holding some residents accountable for the cleanliness of their patio areas. It can be an eyesore at times. Krystal and Siena in the office are always super friendly, they do stuff for the apartment community to make them feel wanted, quick to reply back in regard to emails sent, and welcoming. I couldn’t think of a better office staff. Terry and Nick, the two maintenance guys are great! When it comes to service requests submitted, they’re super quick to get to them and always fix the problem on the first try. Can’t compliment these four folks ...enough.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2025I’ve been here 3 months. No complaints . Maintenance request are always handled in a very appropriate time frame (same day) some times first thing next morning. Very clean. Office staff greatProperty Manager Responded
