    Hello I've been a resident for the last 8 months. The attentive staff and facility features are excellent. The gym, pool, car wash, trash service and work order urgency is TOP OF THE LINE!

    The location is very central and peaceful. The office team and maintenance team are professional and efficient. My only complaint is truly due to neighbors and some inconsiderations within the public areas.

    Since I been here everything has been going well and I have not had any issues. I do think the Valet teas takes to long to come by and bags be outside my door longer than they should which causes cats to tear in the bags.

    Great living area. also affordable i pay 1600 for a 2br 2b and garage. service request are also done fast air went out one night they were there first thing in the morning

    I have been here for about 5 years. For the most part I am happy. However, I have never had anything upgraded in my apartment but yet rent keeps increasing. At least at renewal, come Clean the carpet or something.

    It’s been two years now that I’ve been living at Woodcreek Farms and I can honestly say that it’s been the best experience so far. I enjoy how quiet and safe the community is. It’s such a great feeling to get off work and come to a quiet space to relax!

    The community is nice and has been fairly quiet so far. As a person who likes to workout, the gym equipment really needs to be updated. The community could also do a better job of holding some residents accountable for the cleanliness of their patio areas. It can be an eyesore at times. Other than those two issues, the community has been a pleasant experience.

    The entire staff here at Woodcreek Farms is top notch. Krystal and Siena in the office are always super friendly, they do stuff for the apartment community to make them feel wanted, quick to reply back in regard to emails sent, and welcoming. I couldn’t think of a better office staff. Terry and Nick, the two maintenance guys are great! When it comes to service requests submitted, they’re super quick to get to them and always fix the problem on the first try. Can’t compliment these four folks ...

    I’ve been here 3 months. No complaints . Maintenance request are always handled in a very appropriate time frame (same day) some times first thing next morning. Very clean. Office staff great
