Filthy, deteriorating, and managers deny all responsibility
July 29, 2024I moved here early June. I determined the washer doesn't work, it only puts in a little bit of water and then shreds my clothes. The carpet is so old it is deteriorating every time I vacuum or shampoo the carpet, dog fur and black dirt into the vacuum canister. The screen door fell off on me, paint spatter and sloppy painting everywhere, no security because neither the patio door nor the bedroom window have functional locks...I could go on, but I'll just report that it's the end of July, and ...management has done nothing since mid-June but deny the problems, claim I don't know what I'm talking about (I'm an architect who has owned four homes) - and they have repaired nothing. They won't repair anything until I move my furniture out of their way! Maybe they should have cleaned before I moved in. I've lived all over the west coast; this is the worst.Property Manager Responded

Look new outside but old inside. Unethical lease end charge practices
February 10, 2024Decent pool & package handling, but interior dated and old. Recommend you take LOTS of pictures on move-in & move-out. Make sure to have staff personally with you on move-out inspection and sign that in same or better condition than move-in. Otherwise, they will charge you about $500 for unnecessary cleaning that is not covered in lease. If you challenge, they ghost you and refer to collections. I was only there 6 months and left it in great shape -- hurt my credit by 75 points and ended up ...paying to make it go away (with 12% interest!)Property Manager Responded
