July 26, 2024There are virtually no parking spaces for visitors. Maybe 5 for 200 apartments. Park in a space no one uses and expect to get towed. 300$. They have a thing with Broadway Towing. So only those that expect no visitors ever should consider renting here. Horrible. The apartments themselves look nice until the cheap veneer starts falling off the kitchen island. Property Manager won’t reply
February 15, 2024We have had brown mud and rust coming from our faucets/bath since the first time we complained in November. We now have a 1 month old and they refuse to respond or help fix the water issue. It happens multiple times per month, we found rust in baby bottle sterilizer. Two weeks ago it came out of the tub BLACK. We reported videos and pictures and property manager refuses to reply. We buy water to drink and distilled water to clean baby clothes, bottles, and bathe him. Would not recommend for this ...reason, leasing office and maintenance staff are great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
