Don not move here

Serious car theft and break in problem that this management refuses to do anything about. In building 98 a fire sprinkler went off over a year ago that flooded the building and the floors had to ripped up. They still aren't fixed.

If you haven't done so already, please contact us at 410.377.3041 to discuss any security concerns that you may have, as well as an update on the pending reconstruction work of building 98. The insurance claim was finally processed and the work is in the process of being scheduled in the coming weeks. Lots of amenities,gym,pool good shopping area and close to the airport and city for a good night out. I would recommend this place for single people and families as well. I always wanted a gym at my finger tips that is convenient for a 30 mins workout

Team always good and helpful with any things needed. This was a transfer and it was as smooth as if I was a new resident. I referred a friend because of the care the community gives.

Moved in a week ago and the leasing team has made this smooth the smoothest. Submitted a maintenance request and that same day the team was in the apartment resolving my issues. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing you’re living somewhere and being treated right.

My experience has been positive thus far. The buildings are clean and quiet. The grounds are also clean, and the neighbors are either friendly or mind their business. I had one issue during my stay that was addressed to my satisfaction.
