Great Complex

Great property! I’ve lived here for two years and have had no issues with pests, management, or neighbors. I’m sad to be moving this summer because the zoned school (Brooklyn Park Elementary) is not the best fit for my child if you’re a parent looking for your child to thrive academically. It is also a bit expensive, with rent increasing yearly.

Serious car theft and break in problem that this management refuses to do anything about. In building 98 a fire sprinkler went off over a year ago that flooded the building and the floors had to ripped up. They still aren't fixed.

Lots of amenities,gym,pool good shopping area and close to the airport and city for a good night out. I would recommend this place for single people and families as well. I always wanted a gym at my finger tips that is convenient for a 30 mins workout
