    I have been at Woodfield Apartments for 5 months, and have no complaints. I really have had a good experience here. I love the community. My neighbors are friendly, but not invasive. Everyone here respects each other's privacy, and yet there is very much a sense of community here. Everyone that has dogs here follow leash law, and we all clean up after our pets. This is a shared space that everyone seems respectful of. This is nice because it shows that the renters here want to keep the community ...
    clean so that we all can enjoy our walks. The office hours are 12-5p, so any business needs to take place during that time however I have been acknowledged during times where I have needed to text. Management has been more than supportive and reasonable, and maintenance issues have been addressed right away. I really am happy that I chose Woodfield Apartments.

    Terrible Office Personnel

    The people in the office (husband and wife) never answer the phone and are never there. If you're able to catch them, they are often rude and dismissive (especially the husband). They allow maintenance to use your utilities instead of going to the office and using it there, which is what they should be doing. This place is run very unprofessionally. I'm sure they wouldn't like random people doing things right outside their office that was causing a loud screeching noise inside, but when I ...
    complained about this, I was ridiculed. The parent company (AG Properties) is no better. They never know what's going on and can't (or won't) ever help. And there is never anyone else that you can talk to. Avoid this place. They are over-priced anyway.

It's quiet and very well-kept, and the price is more than $300 a month LESS than the same-sized place I had down in noisy, busy, Jupiter. 700 square feet is all I need. It has a big bedroom with a sweet, walk-in closet; washer-dryer hookups; a dishwasher; a nice, big water heater; and a great, little kitchen.     My husband and I moved into our apartment almost a year ago after we lost our house by trying to help his parents keep their's. It is a one bedroom, one bath apartment. The apartment is perfect for just us two and our two dogs. Our neighbors are great, friendly and quiet! Most of our fellow neighbors have friendly dogs too. My husband and I couldn't be any happier where we are at for now.
