Vivo acá desde hace casi 8 años y nunca me he ido porque los apartamentos son cómodos con todas las facilidades y el personal de mantenimiento y de la oficina son muy diligentes y atentos. Y la ubicación del lugar no podía ser mejor. Tiene de todo cerca!!

I enjoy how they keep up the grounds but displeased about a fee that was not mentioned that I am being charged for each month. Need to have a better trash system for getting rid of garbage.

I really liked living at Woodgate for 2 years. The best part by far was how responsive and helpful the management was. We especially liked working with AshLi, who was always happy to explain things to us and help us avoid unnecessary fines when oddball situations came around. And our maintenance requests were always responded to promptly and fixed effectively, which was great.
Rent was a bit high, but rent is high everywhere so I don't think it's much worse than most other places. The only tough ...
thing was that there are some regulations with what you can have on your patio, and the valet service has specifications that made it a little difficult sometimes to get trash taken care of, since the only dumpster for the complex is by the leasing office, which can be pretty far depending on where you live. But none of the complaints I had made it a bad place to live, nor were they bad enough that I wouldn't recommend living here.

The community is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Comfortable, Clean, and Homey

Overall the apartment management is so helpful they listen and also never let any maintenance issue go by. The homes are modern so they have the really cozy home feeling! The amenities are so great as well which include a gym, pool, hot tub, & a playground. This is a place where I would definitely recommend and renew my lease!

I had a generally positive experience living in this apartment. The unit itself was clean, well maintained, and had a comfortable layout that made good use of the space. The kitchen appliances worked well, and I appreciated the amount of natural light coming in through the windows.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The neighborhood felt safe and relatively quiet.

The front office is terrible, the ladies in there get an adrenaline high from finding ways to extort money out of you. All they do is look for ways to fine you they have no interest in helping residents enjoy living there. If they did there wouldn’t be a mountain of trash bags piled up at the front entrance everyday. The only reason they have any good reviews is because they offer gift cards for people to leave 5 star reviews. Worst complex I’ve ever lived at by a mile.
