I had to live with mice running between the floors for about 6 months with no compensation. I caught 2 mice and a rat. I had to fill all the holes myself around the pipes. To try to prevent them from getting in the apartment. I had to live with the sound of them running and gnawing. After months of complaining and sending videos of the sound they finally figured out they were coming from the neighbors unit. ...have a down spout. I put my own downspout up to try to help. The storage into our back had mold/mildew in it and you couldn’t store anything on the ground unless it was water proof. After it rained the back patio would be caked with dirt. Bought a blower hoping I could just blow the dirt off, nope it was caked thick! Constantly picking up trash around because I didn’t want to live like a dirtbag but apparently not all the tenants felt like that. Spent over 3 hours cleaning before moving in, had to mop the floors 3 times to get all the dirt up. Kitchen was greasy and when pulling out the drawers found all kinds of goodies. When using the pool you had to clean it most days before you got in it, skimming and cleaning out trap for the filter.
