April 9, 2025Very sad to say that I received a notice in my door stating that my lease will not ibe renewed. I have been a resident here since 2020 and may I say a great standing resident. Never late on rent never cause problems and after 5 years of loyalty I am subjected to find a new place to live within 6 months. Very disappointed in this community and will never speak highly of it. However the running of the community with outrageous rent increases and total lack of access to amenities ( that renting families pay for) is unacceptable. December 9, 2024Wish we had the previous cleaning company back. Otherwise I have no complaints. Also can you remind residents they cannot leave garbage out all weekend. The building smells and it might cause rodents.Property Manager Responded
