I have lived here for 8 months and have nothing but great things to say about our community! The landscaping is beautiful and the atmosphere is very friendly! The staff is attentive to the needs of the residents and include us in special activities! The location is convenient to everywhere! The Augusta Mall, grocery stores and entertainment! A pleasant experience!

Don't believe their claim of Woodhaven being a "great place to live especially if you are new to the area." I did just that....and ended up moving into a german cockroach infested apartment with neighbors that used and sold drugs, fought all hours of the night (often requiring police to be called), and I had my car stolen while parked in front of my apartment while I was asleep. I give this place 0/5 stars. It is awful, and you should not live here.

I enjoy living here. It's peaceful and nice size if you plan on living by yourself. Maintenance is friendly and work to fix things in a timely fashion
