Pleasant place to live with some concerns!

I have lived in this apartment community for 27 years, and for most of that time I have had positive experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, my experience has changed with the current management.
I recently reported that my air conditioner needed repair, but I later learned that my work order had never been submitted to the maintenance department. told someone would address it. The following morning I arrived at the office at 9 am and was told they didn’t open up until 10 am, and told someone was being sent out, I had to make three follow-up calls before maintenance finally arrived later that afternoon.
When maintenance arrived, I was concerned about the carpet Oder following the water leak. I suggested removing the hallway carpet because the water heater had burst a year earlier. I was spoken to with a harshness and told not to tell him how to do his job.
When I called the office I felt my concerns were dismissed, and I was told I had called seven times when I had only called three times for a active water leak.
Now the leak has happened again and it’s only been six days, and now I find myself hesitant to call because I don’t want another negative experience. After living here almost three decades, I truly hope we can return to respectful communication and prompt attention to maintenance concerns that I have appreciated for so many years.
I value my home here and simply want to feel heard, and know my concerns are taken seriously.
