BED BUG INFESTED APARTMENT. DO NOT MOVE HERE PEOPLE
October 30, 2018Bedbugs infested apartments with rude staff. Lots of roaches, rats and mice. In case of emergency they careless. If something needs immediate attention in your room, they will take up to three weeks before they come. And that is, if they do. And when they finally come, they blame you for the damages and hold you responsible for the cost. Be warned.The bed bug infestation here is too much for one apartment. The worse thing is, they will not treat on time. That is, if they even remember to do it. I ...hardly write reviews but this is as bad as it gets. Do not be swayed by cheap rent because you will lose more than the rent when the bugs enter your mattress and chairs and be disgraced before friends on a get together party.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 8, 2017The apartments are very spacious and affordable! Besides, that.... These has to be the most mice invested apartments I could have ever lived in. They recently switched over to Orkin and Orkin came out to lay some sticky traps down which in about one day all sticky traps were used. They are more prone to be in the kitchen coming from the laundry area, inside stove, and behind the refrigerator. If you have an upstairs unit plz check the cracks of your stairs. When you do check you will see that ...there are open cracks were the mice are traveling from. Maintenance and mgmt. covers it up with carpet. Plz look behind your stove, and in the inside you will see mice dropping. This is a health issue and I will be reporting. I have made several calls, and submitted several work orders regarding the mice. Yet no justice, this mice win every time. They have to dig deeper as to why mice are invested in the building. If you ask anyone they will tell you they have mice including the young ladies that lease the apartments. There has been several reports on bed bugs and other little creepy crawlers. Biggest concern is the mice and there dropping. In one particular night I capture about 9 mice. Besides the mice there was two killing in apartment near the front regarding to young men. Oh how that broke my children heart, I had to explain to them what happen because all the other kids were discussing on the bus. There is no security. The pool power with chloride. The basketball court was rim was knocked down within one day after it was put up, by the neighbor hood teenage kids. In the summer time there is a lot of hanging out by teenagers and the teenagers bullies the smaller kids at the park. Where is SECURITY. Apartments are poorly insulated. The new property manager show little concern is very rude at times. Maintenance is Great but they can only do so much.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't move here
July 22, 2017This is my second summer here. I enjoy the location and diversity of my neighbors. However maintaince and office personel are not reliable. This is the second summer I not had air conditioning. I placed a request the early part of May that got lost until my second call May 29,2017. I was told there were 40 work orders in front of me. It is now July 22, 2017 and still no air. My inside temp is 90 degrees. Of course leading office is not willing to deduct from my rent. Looks like I'm going to ...have to hire legal representation.
