I recently stayed here for about a year. I absolutely loved the apartment I was in. It was very spacious and in great condition, especially compared to other places I've stayed in the past. Any time I had an issue, the front office and maintenance were amazing at responding and helping solve whatever issues I came across.
The only "con" I had was the parking. At times it was a bit limited and the incline to our specific apartment made it a challenge to get out of our cars. Aside from that, I wish ...

The parking is an absolute disaster in some areas and if we would call the office about a complaint about one of our neighbors, they did nothing about the complaint. There are supposed to be routine changes every quarter of the air filter, that never happened. There are unannounced visits for the pest control people to be allowed in. Kids will whiz through the area on their bikes, so be very wary of that at all times. There is no pet washing station or basketball court. Their basketball court is ...
one goal that looks like the kids set it up. There are only two “dog parks” which are really just trash cans to hold doggie business and aren’t fenced in. Also, be prepared to fix things around your apartment yourself. Still waiting for the maintenance man to fix the kitchen drawer after a year of being there. Make sure you examine your unit before signing anything. Nice apartment, but not worth the hassle...

We hate nothing more than to hear that we have had a dissatisfied resident. It is our goal for everyone who choses Woodhaven Villas as their home to have a great experience. We do indeed have an enclosed dog park with a washing station as well as conveniently located pet stations with receptacles and bags throughout the property for dog walkers.
We are a family oriented community and as a result do have lots of kids, cars and pets but we do our best to see that everyone can live in harmony together.
We have no record of a call back on your kitchen drawer and regret that it wasn’t repaired to your satisfaction. Please contact the office and we will get that taken care of right away!
