October 25, 2025Apartment is good. Community is very nice with multiple amenities. The only problem I saw few roaches after I joined the apartment. We have raised a maintainance request for pest contolr. So far no action taken even after 10 days time. they respond very quick for other maintainance requestsProperty Manager Responded

April 15, 2025I looked at several apartments in the Alpharetta area and this one was the best. It felt like home and Eric, my leasing consultant has been amazing. I have been here for a couple of weeks and the service team is really nice as well.Property Manager Responded
