January 19, 2026Move in process was glitchy. Eventhough the move in date was learnt so early, I was told the morning I was moving, that they need more time. After having back and forth calls, I got the keys to the apartment by the end of the same day. After signing the papers and writing the check, I got into the apartment to see that it was not cleaned properly. Floor, microwave, stovetop oven, fridge, washer and dryer were all dirty and I had to clean them myself. Water flow and draining was slow in the wash ...basin. Shower handles are all loose. There are burnt stains on the floor. There are no carpets even in the bedrooms and the cold hits the feet very badly. Plumbing is rusty in many places and I'm apprehensive to touch them because they may simply break if I touch. I'm not sure about the age of this apartment, but it has not aged very well.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2026Excellent rental! The apartment was move-in ready—clean, freshly painted, and all appliances in perfect working order. Whenever something minor came up (like a leaky faucet), the management team responded within 24 hours and fixed it right away. Communication is clear and professional. October 25, 2025Apartment is good. Community is very nice with multiple amenities. The only problem I saw few roaches after I joined the apartment. We have raised a maintainance request for pest contolr. So far no action taken even after 10 days time. they respond very quick for other maintainance requestsProperty Manager Responded
