March 12, 2021First off, everyday for hours on end, you will hear gunshots from the firing range down the road and it will start as early as 8 am and go all the way until almost 8 at night. The units are poorly maintained, no storage, little space. They told us that they cleaned prior to Covid but upon entry of the unit, there were mouse droppings inside kitchen cabinets, dust accumulated on top of piping and furnace, leaking faucets and piping under sinking. Clearly there is little to no care from inspection ...teams as well for "prepping" these units for move ins. As somebody else stated, they are cheap with repairs making things feel very flimsy and unprofessional throughout the home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Less Than Average
August 5, 2020The units are poorly maintained. Very old cabinets, things constantly breaking, maintenance does shabby repairs. There are way nicer maintained affordable housing units elsewhere. The units dont have enough closet space and rooms are not spacious. They nickel and dime you and appear very greedy.Review from Apartments.com

June 5, 2014Send a request thru email. They respond that nothing is available at the moment. I called them and hear the same thing but wasn't even informed abt future openings..... not very satisfied with the service. Seemed like they don't wanna help.Review from Apartments.com
