Quiet and friendly place! GREAT STAFF!!
January 4, 2023I lived here for 2 years while attending shsu. While these apartments aren’t quite as up to date as some of the others nearby, the prices and staff are MUCH better! The property manager, Aundrea, and the maintenance guy, Chris, were both amazing!! Aundrea always welcomed any questions or concerns, helping us with anything we needed. She was super friendly, smiling and greeting us even when it was super late and we were both out walking our dogs! She lived on property, which helped contain any ...noise complaints or other unwanted behavior. Chris was a great guy, always nice, friendly and immediately taking care of any issues we had. Fun little story: I parked in the same spot every single day (even though parking was not assigned, I just had a favorite spot) and one day when I pulled in, “my spot” was being blocked by the landscaping guys and Chris saw this and was telling the guys to move over because he knew I always parked there. Of course, I told him it was no big deal and simply parked elsewhere. I just thought that was amazing that he noticed that!! Anyway, if I didn’t move out of state then I would still be there! 10/10 RECOMMENDProperty Manager Responded

Great place!
February 3, 2022Great customer service! Manager is fantastic! Great prices. Super easy move-in process. Property is always kept clean, mowed regularly, and maintained. When something needs to be fixed, maintenance takes care of it as quick as possible. Pool is always clean. Immediately notification when packages arrive in the mail. 2 dumpsters and are emptied twice a week, so no overflow or mess. Plenty of stores and restaurants within 1-10 minutes from apts. Nice ...neighborhood. Sidewalk on opposite side of street for safe walking. Definitely recommended.Property Manager Responded

Good Deal
March 13, 2021The apartments are old, but everything was functional. When something broke, it was fixed almost immediately. Staff was super friendly and understanding, both the front office and maintenance. I wish I could have lived here longer.Property Manager Responded
