Great place to live
April 2, 2024We loved living there! Everything is so close and clean. The hospitals in Syracuse are a short distance away for work or emergencies. The staff is very responsive for snow removal even on weekends. There were lots of places to walk the dogs. Working with Nicole and Karen was a pleasure!Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2024They will take your deposit and run. Even though it was them that moved my move in date back. Hid fees you’ll come across when signing your lease. I didn’t even move in or sign the lease. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.Property Manager Responded

Overpriced crap
January 26, 2020This place is so overpriced and the quality is so poor. First, the advertised rent dropped more than $400 since we moved in. So we are paying 400 dollars more than what they are currently asking. We went to ask about this issues, and the responses we got were “oh well you guys picked the wrong time to move in”. Second, like other reviews have mentioned, the place is so cheaply and poorly built. The master bedroom is freezing in the winter as there is insulation between the bedroom and the garage ...below. We had to keep a space heater on all time to keep the room warm. In the summer tho, because the room is facing west, it is so so hot in the afternoon that you can’t even sleep in it at night. Third, there are so many construction issues with the building. Crooked flooring, upside-down plug-ins, toilet that would not flush, bad plumbing, and poor maintenance staff. Please do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. It is not worth the price. They don’t care and they don’t want to care either. If you have to rent here, do yourself a favor by talking to someone who is renting here first. I know everyone on my street is moving out immediately after their lease is up. DO NOT RENT HERE!Property Manager Responded

Over priced for what you get.
November 20, 2019We moved in October 1st and have had nothing but problems with our apartment. First problem was the toilets dont flush properly and after 3 attempts they still don't. Problem number 2 is the heat in the master bedroom isnt sufficient with the floor freezing from lack of insulation between the garage and the bedroom. Their solution was to come in and shut off 3 of 4 of the down stairs vents which in turn warmed the bedrooms upstairs but 1 room is too hot and then downstairs is colder and the heat ...is always running! I went back to the office and they said someone would come out and that was 5 days ago. The maintenance guy even stated that they had design faults. But they charge a premium for these places but dont really care about the residents comfort. Also, they charge about $30 dollars a month for trash and recycling and the trash guys don't take any big trash or empty the blue bins that the apartment provides. Save your money and rent something else. Lastly three outlets dont work, all outlets were installed upside down. This problem has not been reported yet as there is no point as they dont fix things and just rig things.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
