Overpriced and Poorly Managed

I would be very unlikely to recommend this property. Based on my experience, residents are paying significantly higher rent for very little in return. Extra rent was charged for amenities like the pool, which was not open for over two years during my stay. I moved in from Orchard Estates and was met with extremely dirty carpets. offered, you’ll have to call and hope someone actually responds. Communication from management, specifically Nicole, was consistently poor. There is another manager, Kyhia, who is kind and responsive, but I didn’t have the chance to work with her until I was already moving out. Overall, the lack of professionalism, upkeep, and accountability makes this property not worth the cost, and I would not recommend it to others.
