    This is hands-down, without a doubt, the most poorly managed rental company on the face of the earth. We lived here just under 2 years and had to exit our lease early because we couldn’t take it anymore. The buildings are in complete disrepair. We experienced every maintenance issue under the sun - massive leaks, mold, crumbling shower tiles, shattered windows, peeling tubs, broken door hinges, leaky faucets, cracked air ducts, just to name a few. In only 2 years!! Every time we had a maintenance ...
    issue, the staff took DAYS to respond, would say they were coming and never show up, and often just slapped band aids over serious problems. Sometimes we were told there was no problem at all, that we just needed to “clean better”, or that there was “nothing they could do.” It’s no wonder the buildings are falling apart, after seeing shoddy repair jobs for so many years. This company could care less about the health and wellbeing of their tenants. Once, they sprayed toxic fumes in our apartment in an attempt to “fix” an ongoing maintenance issue (that should have been dealt with before we moved in) after I explicitly asked them not to due to my serious asthma. I had to stay at a friend’s house for a week. To make matters worse, they charged us hundreds of dollars in rent after we moved out, requiring us to seek legal remedy. They still owe us hundreds of dollars. The only thing they care about is luring customers in and squeezing every penny out of them. I wouldn’t wish living here on my WORST enemy. STAY AWAY FROM WOODLAND CREEK.

    Very nice clean area to live. They care what going on in the community. Any issue they correct it right away. All the office people are so nice and caring. They don't play when it come down of keeping the property clean and safe. The maintenance crew are on the money. I couldn't pick a better place to live.

    If you're looking for affordable housing and to get more for your buck, Woodland Creek in Durham is your place! The apartments/town-homes are a bit outdated and the appliances are old but that's all forgiving with the wood-like flooring that comes with most town-homes and the washer and dryer that all units have! The wood-like flooring is my favorite part of my town-home. It gives it a modern kind of feel! On the down side, I did have some bug issues (little centipedes), that was not solve to my ...
    satisfaction. But it's getting cold here now and it's not as much of an issue. We'll see how things go in the spring/summer. Maintenance services are good. I had a few things that needed to be fixed upon moving in and they were resolved right away. The staff are friendly, professional and generally on top of things. Woodland Creek is also a family community! I love seeing the kids play and folks walk their dogs. Woodland Creek also offers a fitness, swimming pool and business center. It's quite and peaceful here!

    If you're looking to stretch a dollar and get more for your buck, Woodland Creek in Durham is your place! The apartment/town-homes are a bit dated and the appliances are old. However, most of the units offers a washer and dryer (if not all)and wood-like flooring. The wood-like flooring is my favorite part about my town-home. It gives it a modern feel! When moving in I a had a few issues and things that needed to be fixed. Those issues were resolved right away. I did have some bug problems ...

    I come home and there is tranquility from the job as well as the people who make my job hard to deal with sometimes. I am able to go home to a place that blocks out everthing that happened prior to when I go through the door.
