Been living here for 5 years. Very affordable. Do not plan on moving anytime soon. All of my neighbors are quiet and pretty much keep to themselves. I have no complaints at this time.

After a few bumps in the move-in process due to the management change, the team responded quickly to my concerns and also reduced the fee of my security deposit (greatly appreciated!). Also the maintenance team has responded promptly to my service tickets.

It is a good experience that I have had, for the safety, the friendliness of the residents and the comfort of the apartment, sometimes they take a while to fix certain things, but they are always there to the order of the day.
