Spacious, Cheap, and Dirty
July 22, 2015I've been here for years due to the cheap rent. The apartments are spacious, but the grounds are very dirty. People have no respect for the property and they throw trash in the yard or just lay it next to the dumpster. This causes roaches, vermin, and stay animals to come. Management isn't do much to stop it. The hot water heaters are so old, the gas company wouldn't even light the pilot and said it was a danger.
