Expected better
May 18, 2022I agree with all the items from the prior reviewer, and unfortunately there hasn't been a change in the 10 months since then. Poor construction quality and design, particularly on the smaller unit D with a tiny kitchen. Little grounds maintenance. Snow routinely takes 5-6 hours to be removed from your driveway. No insulation. Lease rules such as trash/recycling storage, street parking, and pet behavior are not enforced. Don't waste your hard-earned money here.Review from Apartments.com
Disappointing
July 9, 2021Completely inept and mismanaged property. Poor building quality. Major heat/air leaks from windows and doors causing large utility bills. Management can’t even communicate with residents regarding garbage collection, snow removal, etc. They make up rules as they go along, none of which are in original lease.
