Very Old and Run Down
September 18, 2016These apartments are really old and very run down. Some things in them are as old as the units themselves and have never been upgraded. Dilapidated vanities, sinks, toilets and tub. Crusty old metal medicine cabinets in the bathrooms. Shabby carpets that don't match. Lousy paint job. Ancient shelves and fixtures in the closets and kitchen. The work that has been done is sub par at best and looks like it was rushed. Very unprofessional job of remodeling. If you can call it remodeling. I love it here
July 29, 2016I looked all over Chillicothe before I moved here. In my opinion, this complex is, by far, the best one that I found. The apartments are older, but they take good care of them. Anytime that I call in for something that needs fixed, maintenance is there the same day or the next day. The office staff is great. I wondered what it would be like be living in an apartment. I worried about noise, but that's not an issue at all. It's very very quiet. Seems to be working families that actually go to ...bed at decent hours. If I had any complaints, I wish I had a dishwasher, but I make my kids do the dishes so it all works out...lol.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Starting over
August 13, 2015My apartment complex is nice. It could use some updates; like washer/dryer hookup in each unit. Appliances could stand to be replaced and a dishwasher added! It sets in a nice quiet community.Review from Apartments.com
