Freezing
January 27, 2019They pay for the "heat" here but these apartments have baseboard boiler heat. There is a thermostat to adjust the heat but it makes no difference when you adjust them. I have mine set as high as it will go and its barely 65 degrees in here! I've done weather stripping on the windows, covered the air conditioner with plastic (inside), and have a draft dodger placed under my front door. Its still cold! The upstairs hallway w/o any heaters is warmer than my place! DO NOT get a downstairs ...apartment here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 9, 2015My apartment is lovely. The rent is reasonable. Few things will need changing and updating like the appliances and the kitchen and bath will need a little updating but other than that it's a lovely apartment. I wouldn't mind having the same but in another location.Review from Apartments.com
