ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!
September 11, 2018I moved to Woodland Hills October 2016 and it has been a wonderful experience for the last 2 years. BIG STARS FOR THE FOLLOWING: *Management (Devon, Amanda,CeeCee and of course our facilities "Superhero" Mr.Orlando) have all been professional, kind and are truly great people to know and have oversee our nice little community. *Any issues i have had with my apartment have been addressed IMMEDIATELY with courtesy and care. *I relocated from the Northeast and completed the process ...electronically to secure a new home. This was extremely easy and definitely eased anxiety from not being here to see the community in person before signing a lease. *Upon my arrival, everyone was just as great in person as they were on the phone. They have all remained that way since I have called Woodland Hills my home. *The location is great with plenty of shopping, airports, and dining close by. *I have always felt safe * I love my little townhouse/loft If I weren't relocating again, I would be staying. Woodland Hills-Irving truly is a warm, quiet and great little community to be a part of. Wish I never moved here
February 2, 2018I don't know where to begin, let's start with the apartment not being properly cleaned when I moved in plus they gave me a stove with only 3 burners and the nasty ROACHES plus your water being shut off every other day. The manager is very unprofessional, and the assistant is ghetto and will talk over you when your trying to talk. Stay clear from these apartments especially of DEVON is still the manager. They sleep well knowing they are putting families at risk of being homeless when its time to ...move. They find any and everything to put on your report when you are applying for other places. Nice Community
August 5, 2015Woodland Hills is located in North Irving which is an excellent location. The area has an abundance of places to shop, bank, etc. It is located near several freeways and there is public transportation. The apartment community is small and quiet. My experience with the office staff and maintenance have been pleasant. The property is well maintained. There is 24 hour onsite maintenance and onsite management. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for apartments in this area.Review from Apartments.com
