  • What a rip off!

    August 2, 2018
    We all know that housing cost are out of control and now Woodland Hills Apts. are charging $70 extra a month ($840 a year) if tenants want an additional parking spot. With the cost of living/rent it is highly unlikely that only 1 person works and has a car here but instead of having open spaces for these vehicles or guests they have taken many of these parking spots and have written "Reserved" on them that you can have for a whopping $70 more a month!

    THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY! My family and I really enjoy live here. Because, within a mile radius you have a variety of businesses and about 1 mile from a major highway. We also, have roaming security and a lit parking lot that is been monitored 24/7. Which makes our family feel safer and brings comfort to my Disable Veteran Husband. The office is good about keeping the tenants informed about what is going on around the property by posting information about the changes that are going to ...

    I recently moved to this apartment when my previous one was sold! I had to move when I was 8 months pregnant. I am now paying over $450 more per month! The rooms are smaller, my baby's crib barely fits on her room. My parking spot is far from my apartment which makes it difficult to bring baby & groceries up the stairs. Being a single mom is hard enough & The new apartment did not come with a washer/dryer like my last one. I had to move further from my mom who cares for my baby! The ...
