Wish I could stay longer but prices in general are just out of control, I'm bowing out. The management and people who live here are genuinely kind and happy people and it makes a world of difference in quality of living. Apt is ok..Old fashioned apt. But Management is not really helpful. They do not care much about tenants. Had maintenance issue. 4th day still not fixed. Usually they take unbelievable 3-4 days to fix a maintenance issue. Yes. 3 days is a normal thing here. Now it has started going beyond 3 days. But I have seen Maintenance guy inside the building. But they cannot fix until management inform them. So basically Management or Leasing office people not able to communicate properly to the Maintenance ...

This place is very nice to stay in the valley. This place is close to pretty much everything you need and right off the freeway which is a big save in avoiding local traffic.
Everyone in the management staff is so nice and very responsive to any concerns you have. The management team is flexible to your needs which I have not seen in any other place i stayed. Brianne in the management team is very helpful and is the right person whom you would want to talk to. The remaining staff is very nice ...

This place is so nice! Very quiet and one of the cheapest prices in woodland hills area. It developing wonderful shops near by. Everything is close, near a park, shopping centers like Costco, target, a wonderful new Westfield mall called the village. In the apartment building are wonderful neighbors. Management is great they have people. They live one property as well. You won't regret living here.
