I appreciate the view from my apartment. I enjoy the trail for riding my bike. It is very comfortable to be able to take walks in the complex and be safe . I like the somewhat quietness, the annoying part is a lot barking from dogs on the front side of the building during the day. Otherwise very friendly neighbors

Woodland Lakes apartments are decent and the maintenance is timely and reliable. But the rent is ridiculous. That why we are moving. The rent has been raised 4 times since we have been here. We are on a fixed income and can’t afford it any more.
