Clean neighborhood and friendly staff. Easy access to banks and restaurants. Close to shops and about 20 minutes from the mall. If you’re a health care professional the close proximity to Moses H Cone Memorial Hospital is a plus.

The apartment staff are great. Courtney is the best. The only negatives living here (only the past few years) are neighbors causing problems.

Move in was easy and everyone in the office and neighbors made me feel right at home. The garbage and mailbox are close by to my unit which was what I needed. They worked with me during the application process to make sure I had a first floor unit for my needs.
