I do love living here, but you have treated me very badly. You took away the method to pay Rent electronically at short notice. This caused all kinds of headaches for me. I finally managed to talk to someone after leaving weeks of messages and sending emails. Then I received a three day notice of eviction... Nice! All of this was caused by your administrative team...

So far, our experience with Woodland Park has been extremely frustrating, especially given the circumstances. We have repeatedly received 3-day notices regarding February rent, despite the fact that we already paid that rent in February and provided emailed payment receipts as proof. What is especially concerning is that this appears to be an internal communication and accounting issue between the office where rent payments are turned in and the leasing office. That should not become a burden ...
placed on residents, nor should we be repeatedly threatened with eviction over a balance we do not owe. We have done our part by making the payment on time and providing documentation. It is unacceptable to continue receiving eviction notices because your internal teams are not communicating properly or your accounting records have not been updated accurately.
