Property Management Declining and Crime increasing
February 28, 2025Over the past three years that I have lived at the Woodland Park Apartments starting in 2021. The Property's Management has declined allowing trash everywhere, loosing control of the pooling having to shut it down, putting band-aids on vital tenant amenities like broken garbage disposals, and keep hiking up rent. Would NOT recommend. Will be moving.Property Manager Responded
