Property Management Declining and Crime increasing

Over the past three years that I have lived at the Woodland Park Apartments starting in 2021. The Property's Management has declined allowing trash everywhere, loosing control of the pooling having to shut it down, putting band-aids on vital tenant amenities like broken garbage disposals, and keep hiking up rent. Would NOT recommend. Will be moving.

It' seems like a great place to call home temporarily and I love the amenities available to me as well as the quick access to I-49 so I would definitely recommend the townhomes as a place for my friends or family to call home too! Thanks so much for the leasing agents assistance! Lily is very professional and answers my questions quickly and I also appreciate the quick move in option as I had 10 days to find a new home temporarily and to move in by Wednesday is a miracle so THANK YOU LILY!
