Great maintenance team! The maintenance team has always been very quick and helpful in solving my issues. My favorite memory was when I called about water under my kitchen sink. I got in the shower and the technician arrived, so I wasn’t able to talk to him while he worked. But he fixed the issue very quickly, and I was also able to hear him talking nicely to my cat and making sweet noises at him. Stairwell was disgusting, was not cleaned or vacuumed one time in the year that I spent there. The stench was horrendous, it was a mix of and the entry to the building was busted every other week due to poor and cheap repairs. Prices are awful considering how small the apartments are and the lack of upkeep on the property. This is bottom of the barrel when it comes to apartment complex's.

If you are looking for a nice inexpensive apartment. This is a good one. I've been here a month so far, and it has been great. I spoke to Alexandria, who had me set up in my new place the same day that I toured.
