The stench was horrendous, it was a mix of and the entry to the building was busted every other week due to poor and cheap repairs. Prices are awful considering how small the apartments are and the lack of upkeep on the property. This is bottom of the barrel when it comes to apartment complex's.Property Manager Responded

Safe, Friendly, and Affordable
March 20, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI absolutely love living in Woodland Place. I'm not going to lie, with such a low price I was not expecting much. However, I am very pleasantly surprised! First, the application and signing process is by far the easiest in Midland. It is ideal for someone who may be trying to sign without actually being in the area. The ladies in the office are awesome. They are super friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I was also very pleasantly surprised when I saw my apartment. I live ...in a one bedroom and it is small and the kitchen is older. However, it is in excellent shape and I have brand new floors and carpet. The place was SPOTLESS when I moved in. One thing I was very surprised about is how safe I feel living here. Previously I lived in Northwind Forest which is right next to Woodland Place but much more expensive. I always felt unsafe there. My neighbors were sketchy, there were always people just wondering, and it stunk of weed all the time. With Woodland being even less expensive I expected it to be even worse. But I was SO wrong. My neighbors are very nice and respectful, there is security/maintenance driving around constantly, people actually pick up their dog poop, and it is generally pretty quiet.
