One bedroom loft apartment
September 5, 2015I love in a one bedroom loft apartment at Woodland Pointe in Kent, Ohio with my boyfriend of three years. Our apartment has a loft bedroom and so when you go upstairs the bedroom has a half wall that lets you lean over the ledge so you can see into the living room. This allows for a very open environment which I love because my mom always said your home is the window to your soul and personality. Our apartment includes utilities except for electric. And yes Wi-Fi is included at 625 per month. We ...also have access to a swimming pool and lets are allowed. The complex is a little hidden behind the crazy drivers and everything so the complex is nice and calm. I love being in the slightly woodsy area and it feels peaceful. I highly recommend my complex not only for the unit itself (which is newly remodeled with cabinetry and granite countertops and tile and wood flooring) but also because the complex manager is amazing. Iris is hands on and gets back to tenants almost immediately with any questions or problems. Woodland Pointe Apartments are affordable, stylish, and close to Kent State University Campus and downtown, but it is still far enough from town that you have the luxury of peace and quiet. August 27, 2015These apartments are great because they are just a short drive to campus, but far enough away where there are not many college students living here. They are very quiet, spacious, and affordable. It is also in close proximity to many stores and shopping centers. Our managers here are super nice and take care of any needs and questions you may have. The maintenance team is also great. We have pool access, our own little porch, and nearby parks. Ruined by expensive heating.
July 21, 2015Woodland Pointe is an awesome apartment complex with lofted bedrooms and fireplaces in some of the units. However, you pay electric, and the heating is this really dumb electric panel thing that cost me about $200 in electric during the winter months without running the heat too high.Review from Apartments.com
