Terrible Parking Situtation
August 23, 2025Good luck finding a spot after work that is close to your building. Maintenance is slow to respond to requests at times. Property management will cook up new fees and charges to pass along to residents like the newly established annual $100 parking fee.Property Manager Responded

May 24, 2025We love the community and management, Shane and Yadi, go above and beyond with smiles on. Our property has excelled in many aspects; especially the resident events and involving my kids. Bring back the taco truck! I’ve been seeing some negative comments about parking but I appreciate the efforts, all the communities around here I visited before choosing here are charging for parking and allow one spot and no visitors, our parking is tight but I appreciate the extra mile they have gone to confirm ...I have a spot when I come home late and not seeing the same visitor with same yellow pass that never leaves. It’s frustrating. Customer service is top notch and my experience is excelling my experience!Property Manager Responded
