Great staff, parties, well-maintained

We had a very happy stay in our spacious townhome here for two years. The property is well-maintained with regular landscaping done. Snow removal and gritting is diligently done.
The best part of living there, as a mother of two boys, is the number of events the management hosts. During our stay we attended a Valentine party, a Halloween party, two pool parties with a DJ. In the last one, vegetarian food was also served which was welcome. In early spring, they gave away seeds, saplings, potted ...
mix, etc. There are always gifts to win at every party—big or small. There are pizza parties regularly, and at least three times they had ‘breakfast on the go’ –the staff stand at the exit and hand out donuts, Frappuccino, juice, etc on our way out. My boys would be delighted at the surprise and they saw donuts as something special as I never gave them at home.
And even more amazing is their wrapping station during Christmas. Just when my son got to the age when he would have noticed that the wrapping paper from home is the same that Santa wrapped his presents in, the wrapping station happened! Good quality wrapping papers of various kinds, tissues of all kinds, gorgeous gift bags, assorted satin ribbons, scissors, tapes, --you name it. It opens in time for Thanksgiving till after New Year. A place to wrap all your gifts without kids is so convenient.
The maintenance is prompt as issues are attended to within a day or two. The two maintenance staff members –Isidro and Mr Ray – have been working since long. If you want to listen, Mr Ray is very open about giving you advice on cleaning, saving energy, AC/heating, etc. I followed his tips diligently in saving heating bills.
It’s not that problems never happened. They did, but problem-solving is swift, and apologies are earnest.
Like once, when I was expecting guests, the power was shut off for a repair job. I wasn’t informed. The manager profusely apologized saying they were not told, my lane would be affected.
When we were moving, they offered to do a walk through. We were clearly told of the areas where we were likely to get charged. We haven’t been sent the bill, but we are assured, there would be no hidden surprises.
Christy, the manager is professional, and Angela is personable.
You won’t get such a community in Carmel and high-quality service, at the price they give.
