Good price for 3 bedroom. But their is no cabinet space, no space for a dining room table. Carpet is cheap. Feels like a sandpaper. A/C unit sucks. Doesn't cool tje whole unit. Neghibors smoke, so I have to keep my windows closed. Kids are disrespectful. I blame the parents. On site manager is really nice. That's the only good thing about it. Can't wait to move. It's not the place for me.

I'm a firm believer the best way to affect change is not to just complain but to take action. My action is writing this review for a potential renters who may consider wanting to rent from this place. When you contact the leasing manager and the vibe you get is less than rude. Customer service is essential and this woman Candace needs a new career. When I asked her for the criteria to rent there she started that they no longer accept co-signers and that an incoming student must make three times ...

the rent and have established credit scores of 650 or above. Don't waste your time applying you won't be approved if you dont meet the criteria. Long story short, I later discovered that you can in fact have a guarantor but she intentially failed to disclose this piece of information. She came across as screening or passing judgement on me based on our call and discouraging me to apply. She has no businesss dealing with the public especially in that demographic area. I'm not that one. But who am I, make your own judgement by reaching out to her for yourself and see.
