October 31, 2025I’ve lived at Woodland Trace Apartments for over 8 years, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience from start to finish. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and full of friendly neighbors who look out for each other. The management team and maintenance staff have always been responsive and professional—any time I’ve needed something fixed, it’s been handled quickly and with care. The location is perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and parks, but still tucked away enough to feel ...private and quiet. The grounds are always clean, and I really appreciate how safe and comfortable I’ve felt here all these years. After 8 years, I can truly say Woodland Trace feels like home. June 27, 2025Wish I could have put 0 star. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. Woodland Trace Apartments is a nightmare disguised as an apartment complex. If you enjoy living with rats (yes, actual rats), broken maintenance promises, and a management team that seems to vanish whenever there’s a real issue, then this is your paradise. They literally changes staff every two months so the person you talk to the last time will be a different person the next time you go in the office. Staff are not trained ...or updated on anything that happens from the old staff. It’s just a nightmare have to explain your issues to the new staff every single time. The rodent problem is disgusting. I reported it multiple times, and their idea of fixing it was to do the bare minimum—if anything at all. These aren’t just one-time sightings. It’s an infestation, and clearly, they’ve been ignoring it for a long time. I had to pay to get the rats out myself. All I can say is runnnn don’t live there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad communication and infested with roaches
November 2, 2024Please do not move here I just got here in October and regret it they moved me twice and it’s still infested with roaches a roach fell on my face while I was sleeping and woke me up I am pregnant and they have been giving me many issues plus when I first tried to do a tour they told me no and just put me in a infested unitReview from Apartments.com

June 6, 2021I lived here, but can't recommend living there. It was ok at first. Over the years I've had to deal with great losses. Roach by thousands, Rats by the dozens, Snakes, Flooding, Mold, and if that isn't enough Rude, Incompetent, Unprofessional Management. Every other month Fines for whatever they felt to satisfy their own greed. Ooh, yes, Office Staff puts a excellent show to applicants, but totally different once you move there.
