Amazing Experience at woodland trace

Taylor was amazing and made my experience so enjoyable! I was very thorough during my tour—I opened every door, cabinet, and closet, and I didn't find a single bug. The apartment was incredibly clean, and you can tell the property is well cared for. I'm so happy to be moving to Woodlands Trace and would definitely recommend it. Thank you, Taylor, for making this such a great experience!

My fiance and I currently live here and we loved the place when we toured with India she is the sole reason we moved in a month into your stay we tried contacting her and they “let her go” as they do with many of their good staff and ever since then it’s been awful we have a dog and pest control never notifies us when they are coming and our dog can’t be out when they come so we have never been able to get it done since we never know when they are arriving we have roaches galore here

I was looking for a one to two bedroom apartment style for my stay and Rakiya helped me out a lot on finding an apartment that was perfect in my budget and that came with all the amenities that I wanted and requested. Oh my goodness!!! I've been in search of a new home for MONTHS now and I came across this complex. I called to get a few specifics and Rakia was absolutely amazing!! She was very knowledgeable on the units and their features as well as the prices for the day.... And before I could even ask about a special, she was giving me that information too!!! The community is peaceful, well-kept, and full of friendly neighbors who look out for each other. The management team and maintenance staff have always been responsive and professional—any time I’ve needed something fixed, it’s been handled quickly and with care. Wish I could have put 0 star. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. Woodland Trace Apartments is a nightmare disguised as an apartment complex. If you enjoy living with rats (yes, actual rats), broken maintenance promises, and a management team that seems to vanish whenever there’s a real issue, then this is your paradise. They literally changes staff every two months so the person you talk to the last time will be a different person the next time you go in the office. Staff are not trained ...
or updated on anything that happens from the old staff. It’s just a nightmare have to explain your issues to the new staff every single time. The rodent problem is disgusting. I reported it multiple times, and their idea of fixing it was to do the bare minimum—if anything at all. These aren’t just one-time sightings. It’s an infestation, and clearly, they’ve been ignoring it for a long time. I had to pay to get the rats out myself. All I can say is runnnn don’t live there.
