I really like living here
February 20, 2024I have lived here for almost 4 years and I love it. I don't believe there is a more affordable rental in Marshfield that has what this place has! My own washer and dryer in the unit! A private patio. Great area, close to all kinds of businesses. The property manager, Lynn, has gone out of her way for me on several occasions. Downsides are no garage. No dishwasher. By far the biggest drawback is the management company that took over a few years ago. They tore down the playground equipment. They ...dont allow me to have a hummingbird feeder, they dont want me to poke a hole in the ground with a shepherds hook. I have NOTHING good to say about Northern Management, but the property manager, Lynn, is excellent. She does all she can for the tenants even though I believe her hands are tied due to Northern Management taking over. Great place to live
February 18, 2024I have been here for a couple of years now. Ever since I arrive I found it a great place to live. Halls are always clean and smell great. My apartment is just what I needed and I haven't had any issues at all. Lynn, the property manager, is always ready to help and is always making sure things are ok for all of us living here. Nice apartments
February 18, 2024There have been many upgrades over the past couple of years which have improved the aestetic of the inside and outside of the buildings. The 3 three bedroom apartments are spacious and comfortable for a small family. The landlord, Lynn, is very approachable and quick to respond to any concerns. Woodland village
February 18, 2024I really enjoy living at Woodland Village, our complex is safe and quiet place to live. Maintenance always responds when you need them.
